E⁴educators design is to encourage, enrich, enhance and empower educators with the necessary stimuli for effective and proficient teaching.   It is the hope of E⁴educators to inspire each and every educator to increase the viability and knowledge of every student.  As it is the responsibility of every educator and facilitator of learning to produce quality, responsible, social inept citizens, E⁴educators is a proponent to assist all educators in successful achievement of their responsibility.

Also E⁴educators is strong on providing professional development tools that will enhance and elongate the careers of great teachers, using building concepts, techniques and strategies.  Through dialogue and communication as well as staying abreast of the needs and issues that constantly arise in the performance standards in teaching and the performance assessments that grade the students responsiveness to teaching standards and curriculum guidelines.

Based upon the statistics of educators not being successful with the Certifications for Teaching; E⁴educators can be a productive part of providing qualified educators with quality training, activities and dialogue that will enlighten, equip, enhance and empower educators with the tools to be successful in the uplift and empowering of student learners through the increase of awareness within themselves.

There is a personal responsibility as well as an historical responsibility to be an educator.

E⁴ducators was started to assist educators to be functional in the classroom exceeding expectations mandated by all state regulations.  To continually update and connect educators with the knowledge and encouragement to reestablish the importance of the educator community.

Secondly, E⁴educators is here to offer guidance, techniques and understanding in the sufficiency of being successful through completion and mastery of the Certification testing process.  E⁴educators does not to claim to have the knowledge to supersede the need for testing or all the answers needed in the classrooms throughout.  But, E⁴educators does have the desire to enlighten, equip, enhance and empower educators with the knowledge and understanding to gather and mobilize information to be successful.

E⁴educators is about the individuals that perform the services, not the services provided to the individuals that perform the services.  Uniquely E⁴educators is designed with the outcome at the forefront.  Certainly the question is not about the need for the service of educators, but the question is about the quality and sustainability of the educator performing the service of educating.  E⁴educators was established to encourage, enrich, enhance and empower educators with the knowledge and tools to be successful in all systems of learning.  But to offer the distinctive edge of understanding the consumers of the product we influence.

See the overlooked but most important product and reward is the responsible development of the student learner.  E⁴educators professional position is to assist in making certain that student learners are encouraged, enriched, enhanced and empowered to be responsible, productive, community oriented citizens.

We believe in the notion of ”No Child Left Behind”, but we want to do our part in making certain the dream comes true for all student learners at all levels of learning.  E⁴educators is serious about establishing strategies, techniques, planning and leadership in accordance with the requirements of the law and its representatives, while at the same time educating the educator in understanding their responsibility to the student learner, the school district, the state and especially the responsibility to themselves as a professional as well as to the profession of educators.
